PETROBRAS, SHELL, TOTAL E CHINESAS ARREMATAM LIBRA POR OFERTA MÍNIMA

O consórcio formado pela Petrobras (40%), Total (20%), Shell (20%), CNOOC (10%) e CNPC (10%) arrematou no dia 21 de outubro o bloco de Libra, no pré-sal da Bacia de Santos. As empresas foram as únicas a apresentar proposta pelo bloco e, sem concorrência, ofereceram à União o percentual mínimo de 41,65% de óleo excedente estabelecido no edital.

On October 21st, the consortium comprised by Petrobras (40%), Total (20%), Shell (20%), CNOOC (10%) and CNPC (10%) acquired Libra, on Santos Basin’s pre-salt area. Those companies were the only ones to submit a proposal for that block and, without competition, offered to the Union the minimum amount of 41.65% of the profit oil, which was provided in the Bid documentation.
