Nova discussão sobre unitização de Lula mobiliza ANP e Petrobras

A ANP trabalha para estimar qual seria o impacto na arrecadação de participações especiais caso os campos de Lula e Cernambi, operados pela Petrobras, não tivessem sido unitizados. O trabalho é feito pela Superintendência de Participações Governamentais (SPG) a pedido da Procuradoria da agência. A petroleira recorreu à Câmara de Comércio Internacional (CCI) para rediscutir a unitização dos campos.

New discussion regarding Libra’s unitization mobilizes ANP and Petrobras
ANP works to estimate how would be the impact on the collection of special participations if the fields of Lula and Cernambi, operated by Petrobras, had not been unitized. The work is done by the Superintendence of Governmental Participations (“SPG”) upon a request made by the Prosecutor of the agency. The oil company appealed to the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) to discuss again the fields’ unitization.
