Noteworthy Spanish restructuring matter / Brazil and Spain

O veículo de comunicação global “Global Restructuring Review” considerou a reestruturação do Grupo Isolux Corsan a mais notável, “Noteworthy Spanish restructuring matter”, ocorrida simultaneamente na Espanha e Brasil, na qual o Villemor Amaral Advogados representou os principais credores na condução das medidas de reestruturação das dívidas do grupo, perante a justiça brasileira. Participaram na condução do processo os sócios Vitor Carvalho Lopes e Fernando Lima Gurgel do Amaral juntamente ao Dr. Eduardo Filho. 

The global communication vehicle, “Global Restructuring Review”, considered the restructuring of the Isolux Corsan Group the most “Notheworthy Spanish restructuring matter”, which was enacted at the same time in Spanish and Brazilian Courts, where Villemor Amaral Advogados represented the main creditors in the conduct of the measures to restructure the group’s debts before Brazilian Court.
