Alexandre Montoni has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas, infrastructure, and energy sector, especially in the natural gas industry and electric power generation.

Alexandre Montoni has participated in highly relevant operations in Brazil and in South American countries, advising producers, importers, consumers, transporters, and local gas distribution companies.

Alexandre Montoni assisted the clients in electricity generation projects from fossil and renewable sources.

In addition, the partner has extensive experience in the practice of Mergers and Acquisitions, mediation, and arbitration, advising national and international clients.
