With 20 years of experience, Bianca has extensive knowledge in the health sector, working in strategic civil litigation, advisory, regulatory and contracts in general.
The partner was one of the responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating Villemor Amaral’s Health Law practices.
Bianca has a strong presence in the litigation, advisory and regulatory areas, with an emphasis on topics related to health, management, hospital structuring and administration, civil liability for medical errors, consumer law, health plans and contracts.
