With more than 15 years of experience in legal advice and litigation related to environmental and administrative law. Carlos Eduardo is responsible for the environmental licensing of approximately 2.5 million m² of construction in tourist, residential and sports projects, as well as for conducting technical defenses in relevant port, steel, and gas transport projects. He currently assists clients in the expropriation of approximately 120 million m².

 

The partner is an Environmental Expert from the Associação dos Engenheiros Florestais do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and he develops preventive and ostensive work with the Public Ministry, Public Administration and the Third Sector.

 

Education

 

  • Graduated in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes (2008).
  • Postgraduate in Environment from COPPE – UFRJ.
