Maria Clara Morette

Specialist in Tax Law, Maria Clara has 14 years of experience in the tax area, having consolidated her academic learning through direct application in consultancy and strategic litigation management.

Since the beginning of her career, the partner has worked on analyzing projects to be implemented and studying ongoing operations, with the aim of optimizing the tax burden of large companies and identifying opportunities to recover amounts unduly incurred.

In parallel, Maria Clara has extensive experience in managing strategic tax litigation, successfully implementing coordination techniques for personalized customer service, through a format of preventive risk and conflict advocacy.
