With over 18 years of experience in the electricity sector, Patrícia holds a master’s degree in public law from FGV-SP and has extensive knowledge in judicial, administrative-regulatory and arbitration litigation involving generators, traders, transmitters and distributors of electricity. Her practice extends to advising on the structuring and implementation of land tenure regularization projects, as well as specialized judicial litigation for the expropriation of large areas, establishment of administrative easements and other measures for the implementation of generation projects, transmission lines and distribution lines.
The partner also works in the elaboration of energy purchase and sale contracts, in the structuring and implementation of generation projects, including minigeneration and distributed microgeneration, and bids.

- Postgraduate degree in Business Law, with emphasis on International Contracts and Civil Procedural Law, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro (2009).
