With 20 years of contentious law in all judicial instances, the partner has extensive experience in resolving highly complex disputes involving civil liability, business, real estate and consumer law.
Focusing on the development of new businesses, he is also dedicated to advising clients on matters of digital law and new technologies, such as blockchain, smart contracts, internet of things and artificial intelligence.
