ANP altera prazos de contratos e bônus da 11ª rodada

A ANP adiou para 30 de agosto o prazo final para as empresas que arremataram áreas na 11ª rodada de licitações, realizada em maio, entregarem as garantias do PEM e pagarem os bônus de assinatura. Com a decisão, o prazo para a assinatura dos contratos de concessão foi estendido para 17 de setembro. A deliberação da agência foi motivada por conta de mudanças nas regras do seguro garantia, adaptadas às novas circulares da Susep.

ANP postponed to August 30th the final term for the companies that obtained areas on the 11th Bidding Round to submit the PEM guarantees and to pay the signature bonus. Due to this decision, the term for the signature of the concession agreements was extended to September 17th. The deliberation of the agency was based on the changes of the guarantee insurance rules, which were adjusted to the Susep’s new circulars.
