ANP divulga edital e modelo de contrato da 12ª rodada

A ANP disponibilizou, no dia 26 de setembro, o edital e modelo de contrato da 12ª Rodada de licitações, que ofertará blocos com potencial para gás onshore. O leilão está marcado para os próximos dias 28 e 29 de novembro. O conteúdo local para a fase de exploração ficará entre 70% e 80%, e entre 77% e 85% para a fase de desenvolvimento. As empresas vencedoras terão de cinco a oito anos para explorarem os blocos. Apenas a Bacia do Acre exigirá qualificação B para as petroleiras. As demais bacias que terão áreas ofertadas no leilão exigirão apenas qualificação C.

ANP provided, on September 26th, the bid of tender and the draft of the 12th Bidding Round’s Agreement for the offer of blocks with onshore gas’ potential. The auction shall be held on November 28th and 29th. The local content in the exploratory phase shall be around 70% and 80% and between 77% and 85% in the development phase. The winner companies shall have five to eight years to explore the blocks. Only Acre Basin will require that the oil companies have B qualification. The other Basins that will have offered areas on the action will require only C qualification.
