Dilma sanciona lei que destina royalties para educação e saúde

A presidente Dilma Rousseff sancionou, no dia 09 de setembro, sem vetos, a lei que destina os royalties do petróleo para investimentos nas áreas da educação e saúde. O texto, aprovado no dia 14 de agosto pelo Congresso Nacional, direciona 25% dos recursos para a saúde e 75% para a educação, que também receberá a metade do Fundo Social do pré-sal até que sejam atingidas as metas do Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE).

On September 09th, the President Dilma Roussef sanctioned, without vetoes, the law that allocates the oil royalties for investment on education and health. Approved by the House of Representatives on August 14th, said law establishes that 25% of the resources must be allocated to health and 75% to education, which will also receive half of the Pre-Salt Social Fund until Brazil achieves the National Education Plan’s goals (PNE).
